People generally want to help after sudden cardiac arrest but often lack the knowledge, hands-on skills training, and confidence to perform CPR during such emergency situations.
Since Fall 2014, Pop Up CPR has strived to make CPR education more accessible and improve survival from cardiac arrest one Pop Up CPR class at a time.
ABOUT US
Our Pop up CPR-affiliated instructors pledge to offer complimentary Hands-only CPR instruction with CPR manikins before and/or after their CPR classes to community members.
Our pledge leverages the concept of benefit bundling, by encouraging instructors to conveniently bundle "hands-on" hands-only CPR training with their existing CPR and first aid courses.
OUR PLEDGE
Sudden cardiac arrest and the need for CPR can "pop up" and occur anytime and anywhere.
We believe that CPR instruction and practice should also "pop up" and occur anytime and anywhere.
Our goal is to make CPR education accessible to anyone, anytime, and anywhere.
OUR VISION
We believe that everyone can wholeheartedly learn and perform CPR as well as participate in team-focused CPR whenever and wherever CPR is required, particularly in out-of-hospital settings.
Pop Up CPR is dedicated to providing CPR education to people from all walks of life, especially for whom CPR training and practice is not readily available.
OUR MISSION
What is Sudden Cardiac Arrest?

Why is CPR Important?
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is key to survival after cardiac arrest.
CPR can double or triple the chances of survival, especially if administered immediately after cardiac arrest.
