People usually want to help after sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) but may lack knowledge, hands-on skills training, and confidence to perform CPR during such emergency situations.
Since Fall 2014, Pop Up CPR has strived to make CPR education more accessible and attainable, thereby improving survival from SCA one Pop Up CPR training clinic at a time.
ABOUT US
Our pledge leverages the concept of benefit bundling, by conveniently bundling FREE "hands-on" CPR/First-aid community training with existing CPR/First-aid certification courses.
For example, our affiliated instructors pledge to offer complimentary hands-only CPR instruction before and/or after their CPR certification classes to community members.
OUR PLEDGE
We believe that everyone can learn and perform CPR as well as participate in team-based CPR whenever and wherever CPR is required, particularly in out-of-hospital settings by bystanders.
Pop Up CPR is dedicated to providing CPR education to people from all walks of life, especially for whom CPR training and practice is not readily available.
OUR MISSION
Sudden cardiac arrest and the need for CPR may just "pop up," occurring anytime and anywhere.
We believe that CPR training clinics can also "pop up" and occur anytime and anywhere.
Our goal is to make CPR training clinics accessible, attainable, and reasonably affordable to anyone, anytime, and anywhere.
